Overwhelmed by the job search process?

Most of us never took a class on how to search for a job (although it really should be a mandatory for all high schoolers!) but are then expected to go out and “nail” interviews, craft killer resumes and negotiate like a pro. It makes no sense! So if you feel overwhelmed by looking for a job, not knowing where to start or what the best way forward is, know you’re not alone! There is a better way and I’m here to share it with you.

Take Control of Your Job Search Journey

You don’t need more advice from your great Uncle Bill who last interviewed for a job 30 years ago, you need a clear up to date strategy (which includes AI!) that will land you a job that fits your specific wants and needs. That’s where I come in! I put my 15+ years of HR insights, my experience on the other side of the hiring table as a career breaker and pivoter and my obsession of AI to work for you.

I Understand Your Frustrations

Y6 years ago I made the decision to step away from my HR career and focus on being a mom. When I was looking to return to the paid workforce, I remember thinking, “How in the heck am I going to find a job that aligns with my new needs while pivoting careers?” Then I got to work. Not applying but putting together a strategic game plan.

Because that’s what most job seekers overlook, creating a game plan BEFORE they start hitting the “apply” button. Being strategic resulted in me receiving multiple job offers, pivoting careers and finding a job that met my needs as a working mother. While the job was a fit for me at the time, I couldn’t get the voice out of my head that I needed to put my experience to work helping others. So I pivoted once again. Now my goal is to help you take your job search journey from stressful to successful. Looking for a job doesn’t have to be something you dread, it can actually be a journey you learn from, grow from and yes, even enjoy!
